How We Helped a Corporate Team Transform Their Health in Just 12 Weeks

This April, we wrapped up a transformative 12-week Corporate Health Program with Welspun One, an innovative warehousing company based in Mumbai. As part of a larger conglomerate, their leadership recognized the urgent need to prioritize employee wellbeing — and we were excited to help lead the change.
A Data-Driven Health Coaching Program
We designed a program that was deeply personalized and data-driven for their key employees, where they:
Understood their baseline health data : their Bio-Age, blood tests and food allergies
Set their health goals for the 12 weeks
Started taking personalized daily supplements
Weekly habit change coaching- small actionable lifestyle changes
Tracked their heath improvements with wearable devices and smart scales
Increased their Health know-how - on nutrition, sleep, stress management and exercise
Final retesting to measure real progress.
From January to April, the results spoke for themselves.

The Results We’re Proud Of
Across the group, we achieved meaningful, measurable improvements:
✅ Body Fat Loss: Average reduction of 5%
✅ Muscle Mass Gain: +1% increase
✅ Deep Sleep Improvement: +30 minutes per night
✅ Pain Levels: Decreased from 8/10 to 3/10
✅ Stress Levels: Decreased from 9/10 to 5/10
Many participants reported higher energy, eliminated their afternoon slump, and several successfully gave up gluten, sugar, and fried foods — no small feat!

Our Approach: Technology Meets Human Connection
To keep motivation high, we combined technology, coaching, and a bit of friendly competition:
Wearable devices tracked key health metrics
Smart scales measured body composition
Gamified challenges with points for daily healthy habits
Weekly leaderboards to celebrate progress
Buddy system for accountability
Monthly in-person check-ins with me
Weekly motivational videos on topics like mindful eating, sleep, and building habits
All day-to-day interactions happened on WhatsApp — making the program easy, accessible, and integrated into busy work lives.

Building Habits That Stick
Our method was inspired by the Tiny Habits® system from Stanford — focusing on starting small, linking new habits to existing ones, and celebrating small wins:
Start tiny:
Walk 10 minutes after meals
Take the stairs instead of the lift
Use Focus App limits after 10pm
Take supplements daily
Then grow:
Sleep 20 minutes earlier
Do 5 minutes of breathing exercises weekly
Set water reminders every 2 hours
Hit the gym once a week
And finally scale:
Have low-carb dinners
Give up gluten and sugar
Practice breathing exercises 3x a week
Gym sessions twice a week
