Every week you get these live sessions:

All sessions happen with our Health Team, made up of one Doctor and three Health Coaching Experts across Nutrition, Exercise and Stress Reduction.

Dr Priti Nanda Sibal
Priti is the Program Lead, an M.D. with 30 years experience in obesity and diabetes.
Dr Priti has reversed PCOS in over 450 women, reversed diabetes and obesity in over 1,000. She's helped women conceive through her online group programs.
She is the author of two books called 'Cyclic Keto' and 'The 4 hr Rapid Fat Loss Diet'.
She further qualified with a Fellowship in Functional Medicine and Anti-Aging from George Washington University, USA.
Jennifer de Mel
Jen is a specialist in pre- and post-natal fitness from London, UK.
Jen works with mums and mums-to-be to strengthen and heal their bodies before, during and after pregnancy.
She teaches women to move with strength and confidence through the most physically demanding stages of their lives.
Jen is a qualified REPs UK Level 3 Personal Trainer and holds several pre- and postnatal fitness certifications from Girls Gone Strong.

Zara is a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach who focuses on women's hormone health including PCOS, thyroid, weight gain, nutrition, stress and sleep issues.
Zara has used Functional Medicine to reverse her own and her clients' PCOS, Estrogen Dominance and Hashimoto's.
She's a Yoga practitioner, exercise enthusiast and mother of four.
Shalini is a Functional Medicine Health Coach and Neuro Lingustic Practitioner who specialises in Mindfulness and Mind Body Medicine.
She works with corporates and individual clients to develop healthy mindsets and reverse chronic disease.
She specialises in healthy sustainable weight loss, hormone balancing, dealing with PMS, and other female hormonal issues.
